CHANGES TO AON

Aon Retiree Health Exchange is now part of Alight Solutions.

In October 2021, Alight Solutions acquired Aon Retiree Health Exchange. You’ll see our new brand name in communications and will receive more information over the next few months.

About the acquisition

Our name, logo and look and feel is changing from Aon to Alight. Over the next few months, you’ll see an evolution in all our communications from Aon to Alight. While our look will evolve, we’ll still offer the same great value and service.

Why did Alight buy Aon Retiree Health Exchange?

Alight and Aon share common roots and a commitment to client-focused innovation. The acquisition aligns two organizations with proven track records and a shared history in benefits administration. Together, we can deliver more solutions and value to you, our valued customer.

Will your services remain the same?

Yes. While our appearance has changed, we’ll still offer the same great value and service, including:

  • One-stop shopping, with access to national and regional Medicare insurers.
  • Coverage of all types, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, prescription drug, dental, vision and hearing plans.
  • Help evaluating your options, comparing plans and enrolling in coverage.
  • Personal and unbiased guidance so you can make informed decisions about your benefits.
  • Assistance after you enroll, and in the future as your needs change.
How will this affect your website?

The website address and look of the website will reflect our new brand, but the navigation, tools and features you’re used to won’t change. If you use the Aon URL, you’ll be redirected to the new site. If you’ve already set up an online account, your login credentials haven’t changed. How this affects you

Do I need to do anything?

No, there’s nothing you need to do as part of this transition. We’ll keep you informed over the next few months and leading up to this year’s annual open enrollment.

Will my account and coverage remain the same?

Yes, your account and coverage will remain the same.

Do I need to notify my former employer or insurance plan about this change?
No, they are aware of this change. You do not need to notify anyone.
Has my information been transferred to Alight?

Yes, all your information has been transferred to Alight. There’s nothing you need to do.

I received a letter or email from Alight. Is it legitimate?

Yes, you’ll be receiving communications from Alight instead of Aon now. For a short time, you may still see the Aon logo on some materials.

How do I contact you?

You can continue to contact us the way you always have, and we’ll communicate any changes to you.
